RETURN
Thank you for your purchase. However all of our products come under the category of drugs /ayurvedic health care supplements, therefore, we strictly abide by 'no return' policy. Orders once dispatched will not be returned.
Refunds are limited to the following cases:
In case of damaged or defective products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition immediately notify our Customer Care team at the contact no. or www.arunveda.com, we will refund you the full amount after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
In case you get a different product: Do not worry if, upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our Customer Care team at the contact no. or www.arunveda.com. We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products, without the original package, no return or replacement will be made.
Note- Hey, Customer, you are kindly requested to make a video while opening an Arunveda package as money for any damaged/defective item can be refunded.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be done if asked in case of orders with COD payment mode and for prepaid orders, there will be a deduction of the basic fee charged due to the processing and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, **however all cancellations are allowed till the time we have not despatched the product for shipping, Kindly contact our Customer Care team immediately at the contact no. or www.arunveda.com to assist you in cancellation of the order.
Refund
We will initiate your refund within 3 working days. However, it may take 7-15 days in case of interbank transfer.
Note - Kindly shoot a video while you open your package as it is an authentic way to check for genuinely damaged/defective product items.
